3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Use of the Site

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Beat Ownership

All beats available on this Site are protected by copyright law. Producers retain full ownership of their beats. No rights are transferred to you unless you obtain a valid license agreement.

5.2 Site Content

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of The Sonus Collective or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

5.3 Limited Streaming License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream beat previews for the purpose of evaluating potential licensing opportunities. This does not grant you any rights to download, reproduce, or use beats in any production.

6. Beat Licensing

6.1 Inquiry Process

Currently, all beat licensing is handled through our inquiry system. By submitting an inquiry:

  • •You provide accurate contact and project information
  • •You agree to negotiate licensing terms in good faith
  • •You understand that submission of an inquiry does not guarantee licensing availability

6.2 Future Transaction System

When our transaction system is deployed:

  • •Licensing will be subject to separate license agreements
  • •Payment will be processed through Stripe
  • •License terms will be specified at the time of purchase
  • •All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the license agreement

6.3 No Unauthorized Use

You may not use any beat in any production, public performance, or distribution without first obtaining a valid license agreement and paying all applicable fees.

7. User Accounts (Future Feature)

When user accounts become available:

8.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be specified in individual license agreements. Generally, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • •Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Sonus Collective, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
